Vivotek IP CCTV products available from Norbain

22 July 2010
Norbain now offer customers the Vivotek range of IP CCTV products, thereby further extending their product portfolio and ensuring they continue to offer the widest range of technologies on the market.

Vivotek is a total solution provider in the IP surveillance market and places a high emphasis on integrity, care and innovation – all philosophies consistent with the Norbain brand. Norbain will be distributing and providing full support for Vivotek's range of network cameras, video servers, NVRs, and central management software.

Part of the range on offer is the IP7361, a high-end 2-magapixel network bullet camera with built-in IR illuminators. With high resolution and a combination of outdoor-specific features such as concealed wiring to prevent tampering, the IP7361 is the camera of choice for applications such as parking lots, petrol stations and building entrances. Other features include a 3-9mm vari-focal, auto-iris lens, removable IR cut filter for day/night function and video cropping for bandwidth saving.

"Norbain carries out extensive research looking at what products and technologies are required by our customers," explains Buzz Coates, Norbain’s CCTV manager. "The Vivotek range perfectly fulfils developing requirements for cost-effective IP solutions and we’re very pleased to welcome them on board."
